The Advocacy team is a data-driven solution tackling rising healthcare costs and care navigation challenges through personalized support, analytics, and comprehensive care, delivering measurable savings and better outcomes. We’re dedicated to helping members get the care they need at a fraction of the usual cost, without the stress or confusion of navigating the healthcare system alone. We guide members through every step—finding the right doctors, ensuring their medications and treatments are covered, and unlocking programs that can reduce or even eliminate their out-of-pocket costs. Our team acts as a trusted partner, handling the heavy lifting so members can focus on their health, not the bills. Joining this team means helping people access life-changing care while making their healthcare journey simpler, more affordable, and far less overwhelming.

The ideal candidates for this role are eager, ambitious, and competitive individuals who are driven to build a rewarding career engaging with our partners and helping others. While clinical experience isn’t required, prior experience working with insurance brokers, general agencies, or employer benefit teams is highly preferred, as this role requires understanding how to communicate within the benefits ecosystem. You should be passionate about supporting members as they navigate their healthcare, able to effectively communicate the value of our programs to brokers and employer clients, and motivated to ensure every member receives the care they need.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with brokers, general agencies, and employer partners, serving as their go-to contact for all Advocacy-related programs
  • Proactively introduce brokers and employer contacts to new, high-value programs and explain how they help members access care at drastically reduced costs
  • Clearly communicate the value and details of each program, ensuring our partners understand how to position them effectively
  • Lead external meetings (virtual or in-person) to strengthen relationships and support engagement efforts. Some travel may be required.
  • Develop engagement strategies that maximize member participation and program impact
  • Coordinate closely with the Advocacy Team to track program launches, member eligibility, and group feedback.
  • Act as a trusted partner to brokers, helping them bring additional value to their clients while improving member outcomes

What We Value

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance broker engagement, insurance account management, or employee benefits
  • Existing relationships or experience working with brokers, general agencies, or group benefit decision-makers strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust quickly
  • Highly organized, motivated, outcome-oriented, and target-driven
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate key value propositions and drive program adoption
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for supporting members through complex healthcare journeys
  • Passionate about delivering best-in-class solutions that address member and employer needs while driving measurable value
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Driven to exceed expectations and continuously improve results

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge and experience with CRM Tools, Excel, and basic automation tools
  • Prior experience in health insurance sales, broker account management, or employee benefits consulting
  • Licensed Accident/Health Producer in good standing with home state within 90 days of hire
  • Bachelor’s Degree

The salary range for this job opportunity is $70,000 to $110,000 per yea
