What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and optimize responsive, high-performance web layouts that align with Teleport’s brand and user-first principles.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to create digital assets that communicate complex technical concepts through intuitive and visually engaging designs.
- Develop dynamic landing pages, campaign micro-sites, and interactive elements that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, bridging the gap between design vision and technical execution.
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across web properties while allowing for innovation and scalability.
- Translate research and user insights into user-friendly designs, using wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate ideas effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and A/B testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
- Incorporate accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG 2.1 compliance) into all web designs to ensure usability for diverse audiences.
- Create visual elements for multimedia content, such as infographics, animations, and digital illustrations, that reinforce Teleport’s brand identity.
- Stay informed about the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to keep Teleport’s web presence innovative and impactful.

What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of professional web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, user-centric designs for B2B SaaS or technology-focused companies.
- Advanced skills in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and their impact on web design and development workflows. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
- A deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and functional designs.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 or similar standards, ensuring your designs meet accessibility and usability requirements for diverse audiences.
- Experience leveraging user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to refine designs and improve performance.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product teams, communicating design concepts effectively and ensuring seamless implementation.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability to solve design challenges in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A passion for staying current with web design trends, tools, and techniques, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
