Anaconda is seeking a talented Manager, Customer Success to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers who manage dedicated books of business across our mid market, enterprise and commercial customer base
  • Develop career paths in collaboration with your team members
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects that enable the customer success organization
  • Forecast and manage pipeline of expansion opportunities and renewals
  • Promote customer adoption and upselling in the realm of customer success
  • Ensure customers fully comprehend and derive value from our products
  • Facilitate expansion of product usage among customers
  • Engage in contract extensions with customers
  • Develop playbooks, documentation and training materials for our customer success team
  • Ensuring customer renewals are being completed in a timely manner, forecasting risk, projecting expansion etc.
  • Work cross functionally with product, marketing & various departments to ensure customers are at the center of every decision
  • Strive to retain all existing customers, to achieve a >110% Net Revenue Retention from established accounts
What You Need:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in expansion focused Customer Success or Account Management departmental leadership
  • Experience leading a remote team across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and guiding teams from inception
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support the growth and development of the Customer Success Team
  • Proficiency in providing support for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) within both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environments.

The US base salary range for this role is $99,000 – $143,000 + variable commission structure based on sales performance + equity + benefits. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
