As the Director of Finance within the Enterprise Finance organization, you will report to the SVP, Enterprise Planning and play a critical role in supporting the commercial business. This position will be a trusted advisor to business leaders and finance teams to ensure consistency, structure, and accountability in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance tracking. This position offers an exciting opportunity to guide key decision making by providing financial insights into the consolidated performance of the Enterprise Business and driving alignment between the various business teams.

The Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Rhythm of Business (RoB): Own and manage the cadence of Enterprise business, including the annual planning cycle, quarterly forecasting, outlook processes, and reporting by partnering with the other leaders of the business finance (Enterprise Planning) teams supporting the business teams.
- Drive Alignment and Execution across Business teams: Drive execution excellence by keeping the business teams aware of their inter-dependencies (e.g., for a new business case) and tracking the execution of various projects
- Standardization and Accountability: Establish a unified approach across business finance teams (AGT, Ops, Product) to ensure standardized processes for budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Business Case Coordination: Spearhead coordination of all business cases with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, tracking progress, and driving accountability for deliverables.
- Financial Analysis to Ensure Long Term Profitable Growth: Lead and support ad hoc projects to analyze end to end performance of various business or products to ensure Lumen continues to focus on profitable growth
- Performance Management: Develop and implement new reporting dashboards to track business performance across key levers and metrics, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with key finance leaders to drive commercial intensity and ensure the finance function is embedded into key business decision-making processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency of financial operations.
- Collaborative Leadership: Foster collaboration between teams to ensure alignment across the Enterprise Finance organization, facilitating senior-level decision-making.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 8 years of management experience.

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$149,084 – $198,779 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$156,539 – $208,718 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$163,993 – $218,657 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
