- Create scalable assets (Demo videos, training guides, architecture diagrams, etc.) that can be used to enable both partners and prospects
- Support partner onboarding through documentation, workshops, and hands-on technical sessions.
- Partner with GTM teams to provide technical support for co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement activities.
- Continuously improve and scale our partner technical processes, toolkits, and integration guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, deployment, and data configuration.

- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and data activation or transformation pipelines.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns in modern SaaS ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach to problem solving and partnership building.
- Experience with MarTech, AdTech, or CDP platforms.
- Prior experience working with strategic technology alliances or system integrators.
