We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who can turn prospects into long-lasting partners and Boulevard evangelists. The Account Executive will drive revenue for the business by understanding the client needs and offering recommended action. You are a trusted advisor and partner to our clients, maintaining a highly consultative approach. A successful candidate will have experience with SaaS systems and Full Sales Cycle B2B sales.

  • Generate new leads and new relationships by keeping a pulse on the industry
  • Develop sales strategies and stay up-to-date with business trends
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations (half of your time)
  • Maintain a robust new business pipeline through regular prospect follow-up and nurturing
  • Conduct pricing negotiations
  • Close new business deals that are approximately $75k-$1m ARR

What You’ll Need To Thrive:

  • Experience
    • You have a minimum of 3 years of full cycle B2B software sales and prospecting experience, ideally with a background in selling to the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market.
    • You also have 1 year selling deals that are over $100k ARR in size.
  • Relationship Building Skills
    • Building rapport with decision-makers and being multi-threaded
    • Maintaining consistent communication over extended periods
    • Demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs
  • Strategic Thinking
    • Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures
    • Skill in identifying and engaging key decision-makers
    • Capacity to develop and execute long-term sales strategies
  • Patience and Persistence
    • Comfort with longer sales cycles (often 2-12 months)
    • Ability to maintain momentum and engagement over extended periods
    • Resilience in the face of setbacks and delays
  • Technical Acumen
    • Understanding of how SaaS solutions integrate with existing systems and ability to articulate technical concepts
    • Capacity to engage in technical discussions with Operations, Marketing, and IT stakeholders
    • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong & Chilipiper
  • Consultative Selling Approach
    • Ability to understand and articulate client’s business challenges
    • Skill in positioning solutions in terms of ROI and business impact
    • Experience in conducting needs assessments and solution design
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility
    • Willingness to learn new sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
    • Ability to adjust communication style for different stakeholders
    • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Project Management Skills
    • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and resources
    • Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes
    • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams on the customer and internal side (e.g., sales engineers, legal, finance)
  • Executive Presence
    • Ability to engage with C-level executives
    • Confidence in presenting to and negotiating with senior leadership
    • Ability to hold their ground in challenging conversations

Your starting cash compensation for this role is $200k-$300k OTC. This cash compensation is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement. depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands.
