The ATS Account Executive role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity — we’re looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will identify opportunities within our customer base and manage the end to end sales cycle.
What you will do
- Work closely with Accountant Management team to identify and cross sell opportunities within our customer base
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
- Run sales calls with short deck presentation and detailed product demo
- Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
- Act as a product expert and understand our positioning across the competitor landscape
What you will need
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
- Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Experience selling ATS software and/or selling HCM/HRIS related products
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
