We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying operational pain points, devising efficient solutions, and implementing optimized processes to drive efficiency, revenue maximization, and scalable growth. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for operational data analysis, excels in problem-solving and root cause analysis, the ability to create tailored processes aligned with industry best practices, and strong influencing skills to gain stakeholder buy-in for workflow enhancements. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement operational processes within the enterprise, addressing business pain points using problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques to optimize efficiency and enhance revenue generation. 
  • Provide strategic recommendations to key decision-makers by leveraging operational data insights for ambiguous cross-functional challenges. 
  • Develop and create processes, procedures, policies, and tactics tailored to the company’s unique needs, scaling them dynamically for future business requirements based on industry best practices. 
  • Secure buy-in from cross-functional leaders for new workflows, collaborating with upper management to drive consensus and support for operational enhancements. 
  • Serve as an internal consultant, utilizing operations data to diagnose and strategize solutions, parachuting in to assist cross-functional partners in resolving business challenges effectively. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, harmonizing diverse departmental needs, and utilizing problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to communicate operational challenges, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. 
  • Proficiency in crafting, revising, and executing project plans with clear divisions of responsibilities and milestone deadlines for moderately complex operational projects. 
  • Strong analytical acumen and experience in operational data analysis, demonstrating the ability to optimize processes based on data-driven insights. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, enabling engagement with stakeholders at various organizational levels. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, facilitating efficient execution of operational initiatives. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.  
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or similar roles within a corporate environment. 
  • A deep understanding of industry best practices and their adaptation to customize processes, procedures, policies, and tactics to meet the company’s unique needs. 
  • Proven ability to secure buy-in from cross-functional leaders for new workflows, collaborating with upper management to drive consensus and support for operational enhancements.
