Dragos is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our Product team, focusing on building industry-leading ICS cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to shape and execute an impactful product roadmap. Your contributions will directly influence the development of core product features through customer insights, use case validation, and strategic prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of core features within the Dragos Platform, focusing on application functionality and key cybersecurity use cases like asset inventory, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities, helping to communicate potential solutions and costs.
- Support decision-making around features and timelines, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Help communicate product requirements to Engineering teams clearly and concisely.
- Provide insights to Sales for proof of concepts (POCs) and assist with market analysis and prioritizing future development.
- Work with Marketing to promote Dragos’ asset and vulnerability management features as key differentiators in the cybersecurity space.
- Track and measure product KPIs to support improvements and future product updates.
- Participate in go-to-market strategies and assist with product launch activities.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally with enterprise security products.
- Some familiarity with defining requirements for network hardware like IDS/IPS or other security appliances.
- Experience in delivering product features and participating in go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
