What You’ll Do:

Reporting into the Vice President, Product, the Product Operations Manager will be accountable for driving the business of product across our department. The POM  will support visibility of product within the larger organization, enabling strategic alignment across products and the organization, creating operational predictability and maintaining our standards and consistency in product excellence to drive the effectiveness of our product teams.

  • Lead by influence:  enable our product alignment in what, why and how we are doing the business of product.  Act as a mentor and coach to product owners, establishing the norms and expectations of how our we operate.  This person will own our playbook and cross team training
  • Communication:  provide vehicles for communication across the company and within the department for our initiatives, roadmaps, business line readouts, product cadence, accountability and success.  This may be accomplished through email, messaging, videos, blogs, vlogs, newsletters, meetings – different styles based on message/audience
  • Operational Predictability:  Scorecards, KPIs, Dashboards and reports on our products, product activity and how we spend and account for budgets. Analytics on trends, impacts and surfacing opportunities from the data
  • Product Signaling/Cross Team Activity:  Own and coordinate visibility into hot issue items, customer commitments, escalations
  • Owner for Aha! and integration across Jira and Aha!
  • Standardization, evolution and coordination of product materials used for executive and stakeholder communications
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Conduit for competitive intelligence, win/loss reports, sales feedback and other cross product inputs feeding our product strategies

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven track record of product ownership.  We need someone who knows what it means to own a product
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge or experience of key stakeholder function in sales, sales enablement, product marketing and product management
  • Strong organizational, analytical and management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • A strong and exhibited communication and working style that fosters collaboration and delivers results without direct management lines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization internally and externally
  • Understand competitor products and market trends would be a bonus
  • Expertise in the B2B billing and payments industry a bonus

Target Base Compensation: $128,000 to $145,000
