As a Partner Manager (Agency) at Kustomer, you will support our efforts in scaling and enriching our business network through strategic agency partnerships.  In this role, you will not only identify and cultivate relationships with key agency partners but also drive revenue growth through referrals, heighten close/won rates, and broaden our network footprint.  You have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing partner team that is looking to deliver a consistent sales pipeline and help Kustomer achieve our goals driving massive impact for the business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and onboard new strategic agency partners.
  • Be a trusted advisor to these partners supporting them as they learn the product and work to help onboard their clients onto the platform.
  • Own relationships at all levels of the partner organization including C-Suite with the goal of driving qualified business to Kustomer, and to the partner.
  • Support building out a plan for this group of partners that aids in meeting business goals/objectives for the partnership and the business.
  • Help to develop a strategic process for how members of the Kustomer sales organization and CS organization collaborate with these partners.
  • Be revenue oriented, understanding how to reach financial goals and objectives, while also being strategically minded and creative in how to reach those revenue goals and build a strong partnership.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships and/or Sales
  • Experience identifying, onboarding and building agency partnerships focused on strong GTM opportunity
  • Strong business acumen, ability to think analytically and be creative in solving problems
  • Demonstrated ability to be versatile and highly-organized with acute attention to details
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple work-streams and prioritize competing priorities
  • Intellectually curious, persistent and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong skills with Google Docs and Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Openness to coaching and training
  • Willingness to travel
