Guild is hiring a Partner Manager, Direct Pay and Certified. This role will manage a high-volume portfolio of learning partners across the direct pay and Guild certified network, with a particular focus on building efficient account management practices and operational systems at scale.

As Partner Manager on the Learning Partnerships team, you will:
- Manage a high-volume account portfolio to align with Guild’s business objectives for the partnership type. Specifically, this role will own account management for:
- Full portfolio of Guild’s 120+ Direct Payment Providers (DPP)
- Set of Guild’s standard Certified Partners (likely ~5, with potential for more as we scale)
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and manage relationships with main points of contact at key accounts in the portfolio
- Respond to day-to-day inquiries and and needs across the rest of the portfolio via scalable solutions (e.g. management of the direct payment email address)
- Manage the contract renewal process from start to end (e.g. driving internal process, facilitating external convos but not necessarily leading them) with support from manager
- Own and keep updated all account data in salesforce and other internal systems
- Adopt scalable account management practices and build efficient systems to communicate with and manage the portfolio of accounts
- Own operational account management responsibilities such as billing and payments coordination and communication around employer catalog changes
- Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on account priorities and resolve escalations
- Use internal tools (e.g. Asana, Confluence, Salesforce) to manage projects
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Experience in client management, partner management, and/or program management, particularly with large-portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners internally and externally, experience with managing expectations, strong communications skills and an ability to balance stakeholder needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and project-management skills: Ability to understand a problem, ideate on potential solutions, build data-backed recommendations, engage with stakeholders on solutioning, and drive to resolution.
- Strong operational skills: An ability to see both the big picture and get deep into the details on projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to synthesize information into a coherent and data-driven narrative and present that narrative in a compelling way.
- Cross-functional leadership and execution: Proven ability to work cross-functionally to build alignment with colleagues across various functions and levels and engage them towards specific program outcomes.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $90,000-$112,500 as well as company stock options.
