The Parter Enablement Specialist oversees the revenue growth of the Blue Agency group for ActiveCampaign. In this role, you will enable Agencies & Resellers with product, sales, and agency growth educational content and usher people from their current Blue tier to the elevated Silver tier as an ActiveCampaign partner.

What your day could consist of:

  • Provide daily agency/reseller education in the form of large scale webinars and office hours to help drive New Business and Expansion from partners
  • Create small group training sessions for high will partners who aspire to grow as ActiveCampaign agencies
  • Conduct 1 on 1 sessions and co-sell as needed with agencies who are nearing the Silver Tier
  • Strategically collaborate with Direct sales to onboard new agencies to help ensure immediate success
  • Work as the liaison between new agencies and implementation services to migrate new agency accounts in mass
  • Manage the Agency Zendesk queue to find selling opportunities within the Blue tier partners
  • Collaborate with Channel operations, Marketing & Education to curate content for all agency partners
  • Work closely with Agency AE’s to identify & introduce up & comers to ensure the continued success of partners

What is needed:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or onboarding role
  • SaaS experience is a plus; Agency experience also welcome
  • Demonstrated ability to lead virtual training sessions
  • Self-starter who is comfortable independently creating consistent content
