The Opportunity
The Marketplace Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Found’s future and driving our growth. This strategic position combines analytical & strategic excellence with hands-on operational problem solving. You will report to the SVP of Operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth & positive impact to our provider marketplace.
What You’ll Do
- Develop insights from data – Understand and develop insights from our data to drive impact., developing actionable data and dashboards to better understand and improve the performance of our provider marketplace.
- Build for scale – Proactively identify, codify, and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and product enhancements for data-driven decision-making related to supply and demand balance and provider experience.
- Lead process improvements – In partnership with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams, design provider workflows or operational processes to improve quality or efficiency.
- Develop supply network – work with Finance and other stakeholders to define the clinician supply strategy and ensure alignment with growth strategy across states and payers, & directly spearheading provider recruitment efforts
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years experience in a combination of strategy and operations roles, including work in industries like Management Consulting, Investment Banking, and/or Strategy & Operations roles at high-growth tech companies.
- Hands-on proficiency analyzing financial, operational, or marketplace data using tools like Excel, SQL, and/or Looker
- Ability to contextualize data and insights within the business context, collaborating with, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical teammates
- Strong project management skills and experience balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare strongly preferred
