Affinity is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive the Affinity For Salesforce product to massive growth. This role has an opportunity to establish a new business bringing relationship intelligence to the Salesforce platform.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you will drive the end-to-end GTM for a strategic part of the Affinity business, while evangelizing the value of relationship intelligence in a completely new market. What you will be doing:
- Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Affinity for Salesforce customers and the product capabilities that support them.
- Messaging: Create compelling, targeted narratives and messaging frameworks for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Evangelism: Connect with partners and target audiences to build/develop relationships, identify meaningful trends, and ensure marketing strategies are focused and impactful.
- Content: Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content, and Design to ideate/co-create engaging, buyer-centric content for campaigns, launches, enablement, and our website.
- Launches: Work across all functions to execute new product and feature launches while continuously improving our launch process for scale and effectiveness.
- Campaigns: Partner with Demand Generation on strategy, design and co-execution of targeted campaigns.
- Business Metrics: Work with Demand Generation and Product to track, analyze, and troubleshoot campaign health, land/expand motions, adoption and retention.
- Product Strategy: Partner with Product on market research/business metric analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap from a buyer/value/market perspective.

Required:
- You have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with 2+ in CRM, sales automation or sales/marketing intelligence markets
- You have proven success working with alliance and channel partners to drive GTM
- Ideally, you also have experience with investment-driven markets such as venture capital, investment banking and private equity growth
- You are a natural communicator with amazing writing and verbal communication skills
- You are a storyteller that can distill abstract concepts and concrete examples into compelling narratives and messaging that simplify without over-simplifying
- You are a skilled project coordinator that can quickly identify, recruit and align resources from across teams, track progress results
- You are a collaborator who can actively listen, creatively solve problems, and provide clear direction
- Are compelled to seek out facts and social proof needed to sway prospects, marketers and sellers
- Are able to operate as a leader and partner at different times

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any variable pay, equity, or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $96,600 to $163,000 USD.
