Manager, Operations Data & Strategy

The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.

Ability to work in the US Pacific Timezone is strongly preferred.

In this role, you will:

• Manage a team of business analysts – setting the roadmap, prioritizing projects, and building scalable processes to deliver accurate, timely reporting
• Support data needs across Operations, including Fulfillment, Logistics, Authentication, Finance, and Inventory
• Own and manage key reporting pipelines and dashboards, including Shipping COGS, Duty & Tax, Packaging, and Direct Labor accruals
• Drive optimization initiatives and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to implement solutions that increase efficiency, unlock savings, and drive GMV growth
• Conduct complex analyses to identify opportunities and develop strategies for implementation
• Collaborate with Ops teams to align on KPIs and improve consistency across global network
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to enhance data architecture and improve access to key operational metrics

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of strategic leadership experience in data analytics, logistics, and operations
• Advanced expertise in SQL required
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and thriving in a team environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience identifying and implementing strategic operational improvements
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in business, data analytics, or management consulting is a plus
