As a Manager, Corporate Sales you will:
- Build a world-class, diverse sales team: recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Corporate Account Executives building the core Corporate motion at Webflow
- Own your results: attain quota, forecast accurately, drive linearity
- Thought leadership: earn the right to advise CMOs & CTOs on why they must prioritize & up level their #1 marketing asset (websites)
- Grow your business: build pipeline, qualify deals across our unique Webflow sources (inbound, self serve signup, self serve upgrade, outbound, partners, expands), command the sales process, drive operational rigor, and lean into agency partnerships
- Grow yourself: professional development, pursue excellence in sales leadership
- Serve as executive sponsor in client meetings and engage Webflow’s leadership team to remove obstacles as needed
- Work with the Director, Corporate Sales and cross-functionally across the Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Sales Development teams to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan and strategy
- Drive energy and grow a positive and collaborative culture that inspires teamwork, performance, and empowers your team to do their life’s best work
- Create clarity for your team, peers, and leadership in an always-changing environment
- Identify product and technology opportunities with Corporate customers and present a point of view to Webflow’s Product and Leadership Teams
- Build the partnerships flywheel for your team with agencies and systems integrators

About you:

- Bring proven experience leading and managing Commercial and/or Mid-Market teams.
- Demonstrate leadership & guidance around& proven track record of closing complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product
- Collaborate effectively across teams like Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive business impact.
- Love testing, tracking, and iterating on your sales process.
- Bring strong skills in gathering insights from data across multiple systems and sources (CRM, pipeline generation, product usage).
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and work independently.
- Show passion for the no-code space and interest in web design, development, or Webflow products.
- Embody a growth mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
