As an Account Manager, your main priority in this role will be to build, own and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for a large portion of the company’s revenue by renewing and growing existing enterprise and partnership accounts.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the ongoing success of a select named group of existing customer accounts
- Maintain revenue and minimize churn from assigned accounts (gross retention)
- Achieve revenue growth goals, producing incremental revenue from assigned accounts
- Hit individual targets for Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Maintain a positive NPS score among assigned accounts
- Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and current status via Salesforce and ChurnZero
- Build account plans for maintaining customer happiness and increasing revenues
- Complete complex sales process with mid-level and executive buyers
- Build proposals for new revenue opportunities and handle contract negotiations
- Quantifying value in the form of a return on investment or Business Case
- Managing quarterly revenue contributions through a repeatable process (Sequence of events or Action Plan)
- Serving as the virtual CEO to rally internal team members to serve emerging opportunities
- Close business in a predictable manner leveraging MEDDIC sales methodology
- Provide and maintain accurate forecasts via Salesforce
What will help you succeed:
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience selling and or servicing both large and small startup companies
- Strong verbal, written, and analytics skills
- Highly passionate self-starter that’s willing to develop and work a territory plan
- The ability to work with Customer Success
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior level (economic buyers)
- Representing Opportunities to the company with an account plan to drive consensus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or ChurnZero a plus

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $76,200 to $152,300.
