  • Coordinate cross-functional sales leadership meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-through on action items to align with quarterly business goals.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CRO and regional sales, operations, marketing, and customer success leaders.
  • Maintain a deep awareness of the CRO’s strategic priorities and ensure proactive alignment of time and focus.
  • Support preparation and execution of sales events, earnings calls, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive and confidential business information.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a global enterprise, high-growth SaaS, or revenue-generating environment.
  • Strong understanding of global sales motions, field enablement, and customer engagement dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, international travel and multi-time zone scheduling.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.

  • Technologically fluent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Concur, and collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Salesforce.

Valued Skills:

  • Experience working with sales enablement or customer-facing teams.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal oversight in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment.

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
