About you:

    • You have 2+ years of experience creating and executing prospecting strategies that reach key decision makers (C-level, Business and Corporate Development, Marketing, IT, etc.)
    • You professionally represent the company as the first point of contact for prospective clients
    • You are a master at identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
    • You are motivated to achieve sales targets and respond to a high-volume of inbound leads daily
    • You have a start­up mentality and can adapt quickly to changes
    • You have a natural inclination to work within a culture that is fast-paced and dynamic
    • You are no stranger to conducting a high volume of daily activity from calls and emails to scheduling meetings with members of the sales team
    • You are eager and willing  to learn and master the ins and outs of insurance technology
    • You are analytical with ability to identify trends and help create new customer outreach processes
    • You are self-motivated; the ability to collaborate is a must, however, you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without heavy direction
    • You are a collaborator with experience participating in cross-departmental teams including marketing, product, and operations to refine sales messaging and processes
    • You have experience with CRM tools, like Salesforce, and use it to assiduously track sales cycle progress and customer communications
    • You are passionate, want to grow within the company, and have a strong desire for a successful career in Enterprise SaaS

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience working at, or directly with, a software company
    • A track record of identifying strategic opportunities
    • Ability to flourish in a high-growth startup environment with ambiguity and work autonomously
    • A data-driven strategic thinker, a proactive go-getter, a resourceful team player
