Tackle Product Managers will be a part of a well-funded, fully remote, growth-stage company helping shape the way that software is bought and sold in the Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure). We are built on the foundation that a 100% remote team can be the healthiest, happiest and most productive; from the beginning we have been intentionally building a phenomenal culture that ensures everyone feels connected no matter where they are working from. Our platform has enabled some of the software industry’s most successful names to get listed, start selling, and scale their Cloud Marketplace operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the vision and execution for co-selling with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and key partners (resellers, MSPs, SIs), identifying opportunities to leverage AI where it delivers tangible business value.
- Support user, partner, and stakeholder research—including, when appropriate, AI-enabled analytics (e.g., NLP sentiment analysis) to uncover deeper insights.
- Write clear, actionable product artifacts for engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams, occasionally embedding AI-driven insights or recommendations where they enhance decision-making.
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap (Now, Next, Future), ensuring AI/ML features are considered alongside core product initiatives, based on ROI and customer impact.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and ship impactful product experiences, thoughtfully integrating AI/ML to enhance user experience or drive meaningful automation
- Maintain a pulse on the market and competitive landscape, including both digital selling and emerging AI trends relevant to cloud marketplaces.
- Engage with customers and prospects regularly to discuss product vision and direction, and, when relevant, educate them on new AI-powered capabilities.
- Embrace and model a culture of respect, inclusion, collaboration, and transparency, supporting continuous learning in both product management and AI best practices.
You Should Have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS products, ideally with exposure to cloud marketplaces and co-sell motions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS buying journeys, especially through hyperscaler marketplaces, and channel (resellers, distributors, MSPs, etc)
- Familiarity working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, particularly in the context of enterprise SaaS or cloud marketplaces
- Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making, including identifying data requirements for AI solutions and ensuring responsible, ethical data use.
- Demonstrated success working in a product organization that has supported an industry-recognized product management methodology and framework.
- Experience making ruthless prioritization decisions grounded in data, user insights, and strategic goals
- Strong user empathy and the ability to tell an exceptional story through design choices and data narratives.
- Enthusiasm for partnering with UX, data, and engineering teams to bring comprehensive, data-informed products to market.
- Familiarity with selling and/or buying enterprise software from a cloud marketplace.
You’ll Stand Out:
- Experience with how co-selling works with technical and reseller partners.
- Experience with AI product lifecycle management and deployment.
- Successfully launched AI-powered features that solve real customer problems and drive adoption
- Hands-on experience collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers to define, prototype, and validate AI/ML use cases, including rapid prototyping with low-code/no-code AI tools (e.g., Lovable.dev, Replit, n8n).
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and cloud services such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, large language model tuning, or open-source model deployments (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
