CardioOne is hiring a highly organized and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing healthcare projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work remotely and report directly to the Head of Strategy of Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Content expert for project management processes and methods.
- Focuses on enhancing practice efficiency and effectiveness through project management methods.
- Assists in creating and tracking projects within project management software.
- Contributes to the development, implementation, and execution of all Patient Experience and Engagement improvement efforts.
- Supports patient experience improvement efforts with clinical and operational leaders as needed.
- Works collaboratively with the operations team, organizational leaders, staff, and physicians to assist in successful project implementation.
- Supports interdisciplinary teams with an emphasis on developing and refining methodologies to continually improve the patient experience and engagement across CardioOne
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience within the healthcare industry.
- Start-up experience a plus.
- Expert proficiency with Visio, Monday.com (or equivalent), and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in project management within medical practices, including successful project completion.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), scheduling, and practice metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.

- Remote: Colorado (preferred), Delaware, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas.
Additional Information
Full-time base salary range of $82,000 to $97,000 with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
