The ezCater Strategy & Program Management team plays a critical cross-functional role in the organization by breaking down long-term strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable results, leading to successful outcomes. The Salesforce Project Manager will support the CRM Program Manager and play a key role in the successful implementation of Salesforce across the Sales and Customer Support organizations. In this position, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and technical organizations, along with implementation partners and technology vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time and with ample communication throughout the entire organization. You’ll drive and support each phase of project planning and execution, from initial brainstorming and requirement gathering to scheduling, reporting, and presenting results. You’ll also be involved in overseeing the day-to-day software development lifecycle (SDLC) delivery via SCRUM.
What You’ll Do:
- Build & Drive: You’ll map out our path to success with your project plan and then drive all aspects of project implementation, including expectations, communications, timeline, and project delivery.
- Organize & Prioritize: You’ll be expected to maintain up-to-date, detailed project materials that are transparent to relevant stakeholders & organized for self-service.
- Collaborate: You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, ezTech, DataTech, marketing, and analytics teams to help move our shared goals forward. You’ll brainstorm with the CRM Program Manager about KPIs,
- Be Priority-Driven & Punctual: You’ll manage the execution of complex & time-critical projects by prioritizing our approach & flying through roadblocks.
- Communicate Effectively: You’ve got experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to keep everyone on the same page.
What You Have:
- Experienced in Managing Cross-Functional Projects: You have three years of project management and/or coordination experience including leading complex, cross-functional projects. PMP Certification and/or equivalent certification and experience utilizing Agile methodology is a plus!
- Salesforce delivery experience: At least 2+ years experience in the delivery of Salesforce projects within a consulting environment and a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce agile projects. A Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
- Tech-knowledgeable: You’re competent in using project management software, including Monday.com and Jira. You are also an Excel pro with at least one year of experience and proficiency in organizing & interpreting data sets with multiple factors and inputs (including how to set up v-lookups and pivot tables).
- A Natural Relationship Builder: You make connections and keep them. You are clever at “managing across.” You have experience working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams. Your superpower is building a positive, cohesive, cross-functional project team focused on execution and project success. Experience working with a third party implementation partner.
- Insanely Autonomous: You work with little direction and employ critical thinking skills to solve complex delivery dependency problems. You commit to a schedule and stick to it.
- Detail-oriented: You’re comfortable getting deep into the details of a project if it means accelerating progress. You’ve got meticulous attention to detail and an amazing ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Agile & Flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high-growth operations & problem-solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record of on-time delivery of projects as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $105,000 per year*
