Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re seeking an energetic, forward-thinking team player to join our Recruiting team here at Luxury Presence. As a full-time Technical Recruiter, you will have a profound impact as the initial point of contact and first impression for our candidates. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to staff a team that is aligned with our company culture. Finding the right people for the right position is crucial as we scale a high-performing team that always puts the customer first.
As a Technical Recruiter you will help us find exceptional talent across the engineer and product teams.
Here’s how you’ll do it:
-You’ll work directly with the Head of People to assess needs and develop candidate personas
-Utilize Linkedin Recruiter to identify potential candidates
-Leverage your network as well as our executive teams’ network to bring in referrals
-Perform a technical screen and participate in objective candidate scoring
-Consult on job descriptions and advertising strategies Review inbound resumes
What you need to be successful in this position:
-5+ years of technical recruiting experience for start-ups
-Bonus points for experience in the Los Angeles market
-The ability to identify and assess talent throughout the hiring funnel
-High EQ: You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to emphasize and build rapport
-A proactive approach, being a self-starter is essential to success in this position
