As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be a key member of our US+ People & Culture team, supporting various leaders across Zip in the full life cycle talent acquisition process. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve

  • Recruitment – manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through to offer extension across a portfolio of 5-6 requisitions simultaneously
  • Stakeholder management – supporting alignment and execution of interview strategies and processes
  • Talent pipelining – build and nurture pipelines of relevant and difficult-to-source talent to support proactive recruitment needs, with a focus on niche roles (Product, Sales, GTM, Engineering)
  • Hiring manager support – provide insights on market trends and effective candidate engagement strategies
  • Sourcing strategies – leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract top-tier talent
  • Employer branding – utilize our EVP to drive attraction campaigns that engage talent communities for current and future hiring needs
  • Candidate experience – deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience, ensuring strong communication and structured hiring processes
  • Brand and culture ambassador – represent Zip as an employer of choice to external talent
  • Collaboration & innovation – contribute to our high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team and across the broader business

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring for niche roles (Product, Sales, GTM, Engineering) is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Candidate-first mindset – strong relationship-building skills with high empathy and communication abilities
  • Proven success in outreach methodologies – ability to attract and engage passive talent
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion – experience ensuring inclusive hiring practices and supporting diversity hiring goals
  • Strong operational focus – experience tracking key recruiting metrics such as time to fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and pipeline diversity
  • Exceptional communication skills – ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams, including delivery of presentations or training
  • A growth mindset – adaptable, solutions-oriented, and eager to contribute to the team’s success
  • Familiarity with HR tech stack – experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Suite, Slack, Calendly, and other automation tools is a plus

Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations.
The annual base Pay Range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000.
