Reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Partner, the Coordinator will provide transactional and project support to a team of People Business Partners and Employee Relations experts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support People Business Partner and Employee Relations colleagues with reporting, employee needs, data analysis, and training  materials and coordination
  • Assist implementation of broader People Team programs and projects
  • Provide excellent customer service via Spring Health People Team’s “help desk”
  • Update and maintain Business Partner team policy, program, and project documentation
  • Process and track personnel changes in Paylocity

What we expect from you:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years prior HR or People Ops experience (including internships); or prior experience working at Spring Health
  • 2+ years of prior work experience with a proven customer-first orientation
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

The target salary range for this position is $57,800 – $71,450, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
