We are looking for an individual with strong coordination skills for a key role within the People Operations team to ensure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly, on time, and accurately. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations, this position will play an important role in the onboarding of employees, responding to general employee HR inquiries, and the maintenance of data and files. The individual in this role will look to optimize, streamline, and automate processes where possible.

Why Attentive needs you

      • Lead global new hire HR onboarding process including communications leading up to start date, tracking of all incoming hires, processing of new hire paperwork, and hosting weekly orientation
      • Respond to general employee People team inquiries within the People Service Desk in a timely and customer service-oriented fashion.  Escalate inquiries as necessary
      • Enter and monitor employee data in the company HRIS
      • Serve as the point person on all employment verifications
      • Maintain all employee files ensuring adherence to record retention rules and regulations
      • Assist other functions in the People Team with key processes, such as performance reviews, as needed

About you

      • Previous experience in HR a plus (1-2 years)
      • Highly collaborative and team oriented
      • Curious and detail oriented
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interface at all levels, both internally and externally
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
      • Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
The standard hourly range for this position is $23-28 an hour.
