  • Be the point of contact for all talent coming through our M&A channel, offering a high touch candidate experience, partnering with our Corporate Development team on process improvements, and collaborating directly with our C-Suite team
  • Continuously show up as a leader on the team from how you partner with leadership, set up a thorough strategy from scratch, build intentional programs, to closing a unique profile of candidates

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working with talent through an M&A specific channel
  • Used Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
