Toast’s Talent Development team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Learning Coordinator to support our growing learning and development initiatives. The Learning Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating our RISE learning cohorts, coordinating executive coaching sessions for VPs and Directors, and supporting large-scale learning and career development events through coordination and logistical support. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for learning and development, strong organizational skills, and event planning and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics and scheduling for RISE learning cohorts.
- Draft and coordinate communication with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
- Track attendance, evaluations, and program progress.
- Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions for VPs and Directors.
- Ensure seamless communication and logistics for coaching engagements.
- Support the planning and execution of large-scale learning and career development events.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and participant communication.
- Help prepare materials, presentations, and resources for events.
- Provide on-site support during events
Do you have the right ingredients*:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Human Resources or Talent Development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Special Sauce:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Event planning or coordination experience.

- Pay Range$67,000—$107,000 USD
