We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a GTM focus to join our team and support the GTM teams across the business. The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting our business operations by assisting with data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee data analysis projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business needs. 
  • Develop and maintain complex analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets. 
  • Interpret and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide valuable insights into business performance and opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data requirements, metrics, and KPIs. 
  • Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence. 
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data quality, efficiency, and accuracy. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 – 7+ years of total experience. 3-5 yrs of experience working with GTM (Sales, marketing) functions in a SaaS company.  
  • Advanced experience in Snowflake/DBT, SQL, Salesforce and Tableau 
  • Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level 
  • Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems 
  • Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues 
  • Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data science, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Experience across PLG and SLG sales motions 
  • Provide guidance and thought partnership to Business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data for critical business needs and goals. 
  • Effective storytelling with data, to educate and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations. 
  • Manage the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis setting, data cleansing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning 
  • Design and implement the approach needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-backed insights 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build analytics and reporting tools that are instrumental to automated self-serve
