The Solution Consultant role will be critical to the EMEA go to market team, and a member of the wider Solution Consulting team based in the US. The Solution Consultant role is responsible for developing new and nurturing existing large and medium sized enterprise clients for Agiloft’s core business software solutions. As a Solution Consultant, you will be the expert in the Agiloft product and the CLM industry. You will be teamed with account executives to develop sales strategies and solutions that address customer needs in new and existing accounts.
You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and be willing to wear multiple hats.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist our account executives in technically qualifying new sales opportunities
- Be the expert that articulates the company’s capabilities in the context of customer needs
- Provide technical, value-based demonstrations of the product configured to an organization’s requirements and use cases
- Support account executives in production of high-quality sales proposals and supporting materials
- Manage and lead proof of concept evaluations
- Provide customer feedback to the product management and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements
- Contribute to building a positive, can-do, high-performance culture
- Interact directly with prospects to address business, functionality, and technical questions
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience engaging with CXOs and articulate enterprise software value propositions
- BS/BA or related industry field sales experience
- Strong understanding of modern systems architecture including on-premise and cloud-native systems
- Previous experience in full sales-cycle experience and solution engineering or consulting in the enterprise cloud software/SaaS market
- Experience with value selling and other leading solution sales techniques
- Expert knowledge of value-based selling and presentation with extensive experience responding to sales RFIs / RFPs and configuring software demos at very high levels of quality
- Experience scoping, managing and executing customer demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills in English
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
- Passion for solution consulting, customer services and sales
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
- Written and oral communication in European language(s) (German, Spanish or French preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role with organizations providing Contract Lifecycle Management, CPQ, procurement, matter management, CRM, Business Process Automation, and other B2B SaaS products
- An impressive work ethic backed up by verifiable work experience
