Brief Overview: The SilverCloud product helps people improve their behavioural health with clinically proven online tools. The team’s mission is to bring access to better behavioural health to the world. We are seeking a naturally curious and technically proficient problem solver with strong motivation as a full-stack candidate to contribute to our product engineering team and advance the SilverCloud mission.

You have experience working with modern front-end frameworks, Python, and web technologies. You’ll spend your time developing new features and engineering innovative software at scale.

Core Responsibilities:

· Build intuitive web application features using modern web frameworks.

· Participate in the product development process from start to finish, from helping scope projects to measuring their success and iterating based on user feedback.

· Contribute to architectural discussions and propose scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years experience in Python 3, Django (or similar), REST API design and relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL.

· Strong frontend development with TypeScript, Vue (or similar), state management (Pinia), and modern tooling (Vite).

· Solid understanding of web security best practices.

· Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and automated testing frameworks.

· Agile team experience, with effective collaboration across architecture, design, and product.

Additional information

· Understanding of observability principles and performance optimization.

· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

· Contribution to code reviews, innovation and mentoring juniors.

The typical base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000.
