We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead and drive the execution of our B2C product vision. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing mobile-first consumer products within the SaaS space. They will have a deep understanding of user behavior and monetization strategies for mobile applications, focusing on enhancing engagement, retention, and subscription growth.
The candidate should be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and have a strong sense of accountability, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch high-quality products that meet business objectives and user needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our B2C mobile products, from ideation to launch,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps that prioritize mobile features, enhancements, and
monetization strategies such as in-app and web purchases and subscriptions.
• Drive mobile engagement and conversion strategies, focusing on optimizing customer acquisition,
onboarding, retention, and subscription revenue.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and marketing teams to ensure product
milestones are met on time and aligned with business goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as user engagement, retention, and monetization, and use
data-driven insights to iterate on the product roadmap.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for mobile and SaaS best practices within the organization,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
• 4+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion of that in B2C mobile apps
and SaaS.
• Expertise in mobile app monetization strategies (e.g., in-app purchases, subscriptions, ad-based
models) and driving revenue growth in a SaaS environment.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and a track record of using insights to drive
product decisions and optimizations.
• Passion for creating products that resonate with consumers and deliver exceptional user
experiences.
Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $128,297, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
