Process, evaluate and makes individual Risk Management Decisions on property inspections for Allstate and Encompass policies for our internal/external customers and business partners. Answer moderate to complex inquires on the status of property inspections, risk eligibility and underwriting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates, make decisions and processes policies based on Individual Risk Management Policy within the established production requirements.

• Investigates and resolves complex requests.

• Performs moderate to complex interpretation and decisioning of underwriting guidelines.

• Suggests and supports in delivering training opportunities for employees.

• Works with leadership in providing training based on the needs of the team.

• Identification of process improvement opportunities.

• Conducts assessments/validations and coaches others toward improving their skills.

• Compares processes to standards, offers analysis and strategic planning and partners with others to make improvements.

• Assists and leads in designing and executing solutions that lead to improvements.

• Ability to handle team and vendor escalations.

Experience:

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $38,792.00 – $43,680.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
