Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & work within Magento, Skubana, SalesForce and 3PL systems
  • Handle all Fulfillment/Shipping issues and work closely with 3PL vendors & fulfillment center(s).
  • Assist and troubleshoot any system issues raised by partners on the Customer Experience team
  • Triage any new projects and issues internally before escalating to the development team
  • Ensure all orders are fulfilled and tracking is reported to the system in a timely manner
  • Investigate any potential order and system errors as they arise
  • General data handling & record-keeping
  • Other duties assisting in the operations team’s function, as assigned

 

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in operations and hands-on technical experience OR Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of ecommerce business model (i.e. Fulfillment/Shipping needs, Customer Service, User Experience, business processes, etc.)
  • Some experience in analysis and documentation of functional requirements for ecommerce projects
  • Basic knowledge of shipping carriers and delivery guidelines
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with operational skills to ensure self-directed projects and ideas are seen through to execution
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams (Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing, Supply Chain), at different levels of the organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail with experience in retail operating and inventory systems
  • Ability to learn, prioritize, multi-task, and be resourceful in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to business needs as a team player

Preferred:

    • Experience with  e-commerce tools and platforms such as Magento, Shopify  or Salesforce
