We are looking for a Recruiting Generalist to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on a portfolio of roles ranging across our functions in multiple countries. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, qualifying, and securing top-tier, highly-skilled talent to support the growth of our company.
Candidates located in our operating states will be considered – this role can be fully remote from the eligible locations.

What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to deeply understand role requirements and strategic priorities
- Design structured interview plans and implement scalable, standardized processes
- Conduct in-depth screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values
- Manage interview logistics, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess candidates and drive informed hiring decisions
- Own the offer and negotiation process in partnership with the broader TA team
- Support new hires through pre-boarding, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact, offering clear, timely, and personalized communication throughout the recruitment journey
- Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their motivations and matching them with the right opportunities
- Advocate for candidate needs internally and provide insights to hiring teams to enhance the process
- Promote an inclusive candidate experience and champion DEI best practices at every stage
Talent Sourcing & Brand Engagement
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, hard-to-find talent
- Build and maintain active pipelines for key functional areas, anticipating future hiring needs
- Partner with marketing and comms to support targeted talent engagement campaigns
- Leverage a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, niche sites, etc.) to maximize reach
Recruitment Analytics & Process Optimization
- Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment workflows
- Generate and present regular reports on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, etc.)
- Identify trends and feedback to continually evolve the recruitment strategy in alignment with business needs
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Deep familiarity with U.S. geographies, with added experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets strongly preferred
- Proven success hiring for a wide variety of functions (clinical, operations, corporate, technical)
- Strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities with candidates and internal partners alike
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities independently
- Demonstrated expertise in filling niche or hard-to-fill roles with a strategic and relationship-driven approach
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and comfort with collaboration tools (Slack, GSuite, Trello, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and DEI principles
- Prior experience working with regulated industries or healthcare roles is an asset
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and retention
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in recruiting for clinical roles is highly advantageous
- Additional certifications or training in healthcare recruitment practices
- The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000-$122,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
