We’re hiring a Payments Growth Manager to drive adoption and usage of QwilrPay across our customer base. This role is about building systems, experimenting to find what works, and driving revenue by getting as many customers as possible using QwilrPay and helping them have a great time so they continue to use it.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to identify opportunities, run enablement campaigns, and help customers see the value of accepting payments through Qwilr.

This is a highly visible role with a clear revenue impact. You’ll be at the center of one of Qwilr’s biggest growth initiatives.

 

Note: this is a fully remote role for folks based on the West Coast of the United States of America. If you are not located in the PST or MT timezone, your application will be automatically rejected.

 

Your Impact

1. Enable New Customers to Adopt QwilrPay

  • Build a repeatable system to identify new customers who are a strong fit for QwilrPay and proactively guide them to get set up via face to face meetings and async support
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to help managed accounts adopt QwilrPay early in their lifecycle.
  • Reach out to customers entering the QwilrPay onboarding flow to ensure they complete setup and succeed in taking their first payment.

     

2. Maximize Usage Within the Existing Customer Base

  • Identify and execute growth experiments across our current customer base, focusing on those who are most likely to benefit from QwilrPay adoption
  • Design and run campaigns (e.g., success calls, in-app messages, email nudges, marketing programs) to increase activation and transaction volume.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to improve in-app messaging and the QwilrPay experience based on your insights.

     

3. Experiment, Measure, and Scale

  • Treat QwilrPay adoption as a growth lab — run experiments, measure what works, and scale winning motions.
  • Track leading indicators (adoptions, activations, first payments) and lagging indicators (transaction volume, QwilrPay revenue contribution).
  • Bring structured, data-informed thinking to a fast-moving initiative with high impact.

With thousands of eligible accounts not yet using QwilrPay, and many good fit customers joining Qwilr everyday, the potential for impact is enormous.

You’ll join a small, focused team dedicated to making QwilrPay a core part of how customers do business on Qwilr.

 

About You

  • Scrappy and experimental — you’re energized by testing ideas, learning quickly, and finding what works.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers — whether to troubleshoot onboarding or gather insights on what’s blocking adoption.
  • Results oriented – you like to be given a measurable goal and are excited at the opportunity to go attain it
  • Operationally minded — you think in systems and can design scalable processes.
  • Collaborative — you work well across functions like Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product.

     

Your Experience

  • Experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Growth at a SaaS company.
  • Experience in operational or growth-focused work.
  • Proven ability to influence customer behavior through direct outreach, automation, or enablement.
  • Bonus: experience with Stripe, SaaS billing, or payment products.
