What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack’s partner program brings together top agencies, consultants and technology companies to provide businesses cutting-edge solutions and expert insights to accelerate their ability to deliver personalized, omnichannel digital experiences. We are soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and the Partner Success Manager is a multi-faceted role, with ownership of the strategy and approach to train and enable partners in development and delivery of Contentstack projects. You will guide our partners to become certified and self-sufficient in their implementation and client services capabilities, while ensuring end client success.

This role will be responsible for helping partners to build successful services practices leveraging Contentstack technologies. The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for developing certification plans (in collaboration with our Technical Services Organisation), partner engagement oversight, partner services training and communication, and sharing of industry best practices allowing for enhanced partner revenue generation.   • Create and execute partner enablement plans that will help guide a partner through implementation efforts of Contentstack products for new clients and expanding business initiatives
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the Contentstack product family and services methodologies to act as a Subject Matter Expert for partner-led customer engagements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a Services Certification program including ongoing quality assurance and problem resolution processes
  • Advise partners on successful product adoption and utilization strategies based on proven internal methodologies to accelerate time to value
  • Work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly expanding global partner network
  • Support partners to develop a broad set of offerings enabled by Contentstack capabilities
  • Work closely with the enablement teams to ensure partners have the required product knowledge to support quality service delivery
  • Share Contentstack best practices across the partner network involving, but not limited to, identification of product, integration and business related requirements and specifications
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the partner in defining and documenting engagement scope, deliverables and resource needs
  • Ensure partners have access to necessary technical capabilities to architect technical solutions and associated implementation plans taking into account clients business and technical strategies and objectives
  • Ensure partner projects are appropriately staffed with trained and certified resources able to deliver to client requirements
  • Identify situations where Contentstack resources are required to support the partner engagement and align the partner with the appropriate resources
  • Provide a point of escalation in the event of client concerns, coordinating with partner and Contentstack teams to support speedy resolution

 

What really gets us excited about you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a SaaS software implementation manager – strong preference implementing a headless CMS or Contentstack specifically
  • 5+ years of technical consulting and large scale project management experience
  • Experience in program delivery and consulting with the ability to distill complex business requirements down to essential project/technical requirements
  • Strong project management skills with a track record in risk management and escalation procedures to deliver high quality results
  • Results oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting tight deadlines
  • You enjoy solving problems and have a positive attitude to supporting teammates, colleagues and partners
  • Creative approach to identifying solutions for partners and clients/prospects
  • You enjoy solving problems and you also like to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams
  • You have a strong and positive presence, are a master in communication
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a variety of projects and tasks at one time

Salary for this role ranges between $85,000 – 105,000 based on skill set and experience
