The successful candidate will assist the Global Operations organization in excelling at providing white glove operational support to a dynamic, global business. They will do this through the development of meaningful metrics, organizing the remediation of critical control improvements, and delivery of strategic reporting for various audiences.

Technical Skills:

    • Drive analysis and development of critical and actionable productivity and risk metrics for operations teams through engagement with operations team leads, research into underlying datasets, support from analytics and planning teams.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

    • Manage tracking of remediation efforts associated with testing, audits, or other findings across all Global Operations teams; drive accountability for owners to ensure timely resolution.

Organizational Knowledge:

    • Collaborate with other members of Global Operations to understand interactions and self-identify additional support needs across the organization.
    • Through day-to-day interactions, help the Global Operations teams identify cross-functional overlap or gaps to streamline efficiency and ensure proper coverage.

Communication and Influence:

    • Coordinate meetings to drive engagement and alignment across team members within the Global Operations organization; provide certain administrative support needs for the Head of Global Operations.
    • Develop presentation materials based upon guidance from senior members of Global Operations to succinctly communication organizational updates and strategic messaging to internal and Board-level audiences.

    • Excellent written communication skills, especially for audiences of varying perspectives and seniority
    • Organizational skills to boot

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:

    • Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
    • Compensation Range: $74,000 – $94,000/yr – this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required.  ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks. For sales and business development roles, the range provided is the On Target Earnings (“OTE”) which is inclusive of base salary + sales commissions/bonuses targets for the position.
