Operations Associate

As our Operations Associate, you will help increase R1s efficiency resulting in better outcomes for our clients and patients. Every day you will, maintain client accounts by reviewing assigned accounts and taking action to move them through workflows with accuracy and efficiency. To thrive in this role, you must be motivated to achieve productivity goals, able to read and follow SOPs and workflows, know your way around a computer, and communicate openly with your team and leaders. Heres what you may experience working as an Operations Associate: Review accounts and perform next action based on SOPs and workflows Support document retrieval or payment posting to improve internal efficiency in claims resolution Required Skills: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent Computer literacy including the ability to navigate programs and retrieve documents and data For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.29 – $20.36 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
