We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Executive Assistant Team! The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, make smart and timely decisions, and partner with our Senior EA to help support the Sales Organization. This person will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to several VPs and their departments. This is an exciting and fast-paced role, perfect for someone looking to grow within a public company. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide administrative support to 3-5 VPs in the Sales Organization, including meeting planning/preparation and travel and expenses
  • Heavy calendar management, including scheduling team meetings and regular 1:1s
  • Assist in offsite planning/coordination
  • Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper by making judgment calls on their behalf
  • Work closely with our EA Team to ensure all relevant Leadership schedules are considered and cohesively aligned
  • Maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive and non-routine information

  • Strong Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Experience with Concur is helpful, but not required
