Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care.

Pair Team cares for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led model. We build local partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and other community-based organizations to turn them into a site of care. As a support system for the community, we provide wraparound clinical services, up-skill CBO staff to become Community Health Workers, and utilize our proprietary data-driven technology platform, Arc, for care coordination. Through Medicaid MCOs, we provide healthcare for hard-to-reach, high-need individuals, while sharing healthcare dollars with community groups to expand their social support programs.

About the Opportunity

As the Director of Marketing at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in building and instilling Pair Team’s brand and message to provide healthcare to the underserved across various healthcare systems and communities. You will own the development and execution of the brand marketing strategy, utilize data to make decisions, and ensure Pair Team’s message is consistent but chameleonized to each audience.

This is a fully remote position reporting up to the COO.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing playbook and roadmap to enhance brand awareness, and inbound interest across all of our stakeholders including patients, community organizations, providers, health plans, and government agencies
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual and written identity
  • Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, digital, social, print, events, collaboratives, etc.
  • Develop and launch press release campaigns for major business milestones
  • Conduct research to gather and synthesize insights to understand customer perceptions, preferences, and behaviors
  • Develop, drive and track key performance indicators and ROI of prioritized initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with all Org Leads to ensure consistent messaging, alignment and integration
  • Manage budget and resources effectively, allocating appropriately based on data driven impact potential

What You’ll Need 

  • 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, or a related field including Brand, Content, and Growth Marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies with high ROI
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, trends and positioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Strong project management skills to effective prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
  • Experience in HealthTech is a strong plus!
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure data driven decision making
  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
