This position will be an integral part of the senior leadership team, acting as the number one person in finance. You will be working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to help scale the business and implement strategic objectives.
The Director of Finance/FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning as well as providing in-depth analysis on company performance to support decision-making. The role provides an excellent professional growth environment—you will develop an ever-more-sophisticated understanding of the product, the operations and revenue-driving opportunities, customer support and engagement, the company’s business model, industry dynamics, and the impact of market trends on financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production of the Forecasting, Planning and Analysis cycle (FP&A)
- Create financial models to help forecast the business
- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting
- Create pricing models and perform detailed pricing analysis
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to increase profitability
- Conduct in-depth analyses of company performance, including identifying key KPIs and metrics
- Analyze trends and customer insights to support key strategy decisions
- Partner with operations, sales, and HR teams to improve internal reporting processes and provide business performance insight
- Work with the data team to build dashboards and visualisation tools
- Manage financial reports and P&L
- Handle corporate equity management, including maintaining cap tables, coordinating grants, and ensuring compliance
- Streamline processes to improve the performance of the company
- Be an excellent team leader, managing one direct report to start and providing mentorship to build a robust, cohesive, and high-performing FP&A team
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
- Excellent FP&A and accounting skills
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skillset
- Experience with corporate equity management and compensation
- Great negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be impactful at a senior level
- An incredibly ambitious attitude with a desire to continue to learn
- SaaS experience and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics

Details
- Fully remote based in US
- Standard working hours aligned with Eastern or Central Time (ET/CT) preferred
- Salary: $170,000 – $180,000 plus equity
