Why You’ll Love This Role

We seek a highly motivated, affable, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to up to three leaders and will partner closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and sound judgment. In our fast-paced, fully remote environment, this role is critical in enabling leaders to amplify their impact by driving planning, prioritization, delegation, coordination, communication, and calendar management. Success in this position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Calendar, Travel, and Expense Management: Manage complex multi-time-zone calendars, coordinate travel, and ensure accurate expense reporting.
  • Information & Knowledge Management: Streamline communication flows and maintain organized files for distributed teams, including naming conventions.
  • Project & Document Support: Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents with high professionalism.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, staff, and execute team offsites/virtual events, managing all logistics including venue, catering,  materials, and technology setup.
  • Relationship Building & Cross-functional Collaboration: Build productive relationships, act as liaison for feedback, and drive alignment across teams.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours


If You’ve Got It – We Want It

  • 3+ years’ experience as an EA or in a high-performance support role, ideally in technology/startup environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Skilled at prioritizing, organizing, and adapting to shifting needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across functions and operate with high integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive learner, eager for feedback and committed to personal development.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and offsites.

Salary Range ($97,000 – $151,000)
