As the Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential support to optimize the recruitment process and maintain the health of our systems. You will assist recruiters in resolving technical and data issues by providing Tier 1 support and troubleshooting. While our Senior Recruiting Coordinator handles most of our interview scheduling, you will support operational functions by accurately maintaining our documentation, executing employer branding updates, and performing routine checks to ensure the integrity of our recruiting data.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with assigned recruiters to coordinate candidate scheduling and ensure smooth interview logistics across various time zones
- Perform daily administrative and maintenance tasks for our ATS (Greenhouse) and related recruiting tech stack (BrightHire, Guide, etc.). Serve as the Tier 1 point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting common system errors
- Create, update, and maintain all internal process documentation (SOPs, training guides, and team wikis), ensuring alignment with the Huntress brand voice
- Keep Huntress’s employer brand presence updated across LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and Glassdoor, ensuring company information, employee testimonials, and content are relevant
- Own the administrative function of recruiting including opening jobs, generating and sending offers to candidates, initiate background checks, and closing out jobs
What You Bring To The Team:
- 1+ years experience in an employee or customer-facing role, preferably within the Recruiting or People/HR space
- Familiarity or strong interest in working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tool, specifically Greenhouse
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly learn and master new tools
- Highly adaptable and responsive to business needs, able to reprioritize tasks and use sound judgment to deliver results quickly in high-pressure, ambiguous situations
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills required to maintain system data integrity
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal), capable of interacting professionally with candidates, recruiters, and executives while translating technical concepts clearly
