We’re looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the coordination processes that support the end-to-end Recruiting cycle. You’ll be a main point of contact for hiring managers, and provide support to the recruiting team in scheduling and onboarding Talent. This is a highly organized role that requires an attention to detail (more on that later), where you’ll be expected to manage various projects.


🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, building efficient processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and tracking coordination metrics
  • Respond to recruiting inquiries from both internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the recruitment process and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and manage detailed records of candidate information
  • Own the interview scheduling process and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process

⭐️ Is this you?

  • 1-3+ years of Recruiting coordination experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, optimizing processes, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to help streamline and automate various tasks
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Experience with Asbhy – Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 4-6 months (extensions possible)
  • Rate: $30-35 per hour (full-time benefits don’t apply)
  • Preferred location: NYC: working in office 1-2 days per week.
