The People Coordinator Rotational Program is a three-year program in which team members will receive an unparalleled opportunity to become thoroughly knowledgeable in and contribute to multiple facets of People/Human Resources (HR) in a growth company within the healthcare industry. The three-year experience begins at an all-things People induction training, then launches into the first rotation. In this program, coordinators will have dedicated program management support, access to People team senior leaders and mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities to help guide career path development. Upon completing rotations, coordinators will have the skills to step into a role in one of our HR functional specialist groups.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Enable WelbeHealth team members by leaning into the fascinating and diverse People function
  • Participate in rotations including People Analytics, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, Benefits/Leave Management, and People Consulting
  • Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and catered insight to support your career acceleration

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
  • Above all, propensity for learning agility – you are an energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative and has a genuine curiosity and propensity to learn
  • A sincere interest in pursuing or deepening a career in a people function related role
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience working with customers; experience working in people or administrative functions preferred
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team and to articulate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing
  • Highly motivated and action oriented with the demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends, and overtime

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $29.65 – $33.50 hourly + Bonus + Equity
