This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.

We expect East Coast work hours.

As Our People Operations Coordinator, You Will:

  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees
  • Manage administration for tracking FMLA and STD leaves
  • Manage administration for employees who require sponsorship
  • Hostly bi-weekly sessions welcoming new hires
  • Respond timely to employee requests/concerns
  • Assist with gathering data for projects
  • Maintaining updated documentation for employees
  • Maintaining employee profiles across payroll (ADP), HRIS (Charthop), and LMS platforms (Nice to have)
  • Communicate updates with stakeholders

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

  • Graduate with a bachelor’s in communications, human resources, psychology, sociology, organizational development or other related field.
  • Has demonstrated a strong track record of success.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Thoughtful people person
  • Eager to learn
  • Nice to have:
    • 1-2 years in a fast-paced startup environment and experience working with sensitive information.
    • Experience in people operations or client onboarding.
    • Experience working with ADP.

The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $57.750 – $67.200The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
