We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Data & Analytics Manager with a strong focus on analytics to join our marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring that we can effectively track and optimize the entire user journey—from anonymous visits to purchase and through product adoption within our products and apps. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing decisions, improve customer experiences, and enhance product adoption.
A day in the life of our Marketing Data & Analytics Manager:
- 1. Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics frameworks to track user
behavior and interactions across various touchpoints. - Analyze user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving the
customer journey. - Create and manage dashboards to visualize user journey metrics, including
acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention rates. - Collaborate with the data engineering team to develop predictive models that
anticipate user behavior and optimize marketing strategies.

target specific customer needs and behaviors. - Continuously optimize marketing campaigns by conducting A/B tests and other
experiments to improve key performance metrics.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on data analytics and user journey tracking.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Bizible, Mixpanel, Domo or similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) and CRM and MA systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with app analytics and user engagement strategies is a plus.
The salary range for this role is $99,959 to $115,250. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
