  • Enthusiasm for scheduling and light calendar management (preferably with Google Suite)
  • Strong organization skills to manage logistics such as booking travel, submitting expense reports and department meetings + onboarding tasks
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Extreme attention to detail and time management
  • Organized record-keeping, including team documentation and expense tracking
  • Desire to grow project management skills and a proactive, autonomous approach
  • Embrace a customer-service mindset
  • Commitment to using discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Media / editorial experience a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience

Starting hourly wage for this role is in the range of $18.00 – $24.00 per hour and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits.
