We’re seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience—by delivering high-impact HR solutions that enhance team effectiveness and drive employee engagement. This role is ideal for a seasoned generalist with Business Partner experience, strong functional knowledge and a passion for enabling business success through people.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GTM leaders to support talent strategies that align with business goals, focusing on execution and delivery of core HR programs.
  • Collaborate on org structure and role design initiatives, providing input and guidance to ensure teams are set up for success.
  • Champion talent development by facilitating performance management, coaching conversations
  • Analyze HR metrics and collaborate with Revenue Ops to identify trends and support data-informed decisions around team health and effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between global People teams and GTM leadership to ensure HR strategies are compliant, inclusive, and scalable across diverse regions.
  • Provide hands-on support on employee relations, team dynamics, and manager coaching, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.
  • Execute core People programs (e.g., compensation planning, engagement surveys, performance calibration, talent reviews) within GTM teams, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption.
  • Partner with GTM leadership and Finance to support headcount planning and ensure alignment with operating plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong generalist foundation with 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years as a Business Partner.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations. Familiarity with the dynamics of sales environments, including compensation structures, quota planning, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments with exposure to change management and organizational growth.
  • Strong foundation in HR disciplines including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Experience supporting international teams across multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC), with an understanding of how employment laws, cultural norms, and HR practices vary.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
